You’ll need to complete a variety of quests before you can join a Tribe. See Mayor Bumbee & Captain Tyran in Clock Tower Square to start. When you're ready to visit the different tribe areas and talk to a Tribe's leader, you will need a buy Tribe Starter Pack for NickCash or Members can access all tribal lands.
To join the Sea Dragons: Talk to Captain Blacktail in Dragontail Square.
To join the Ootu Mystics: Talk to Mama Babu in Mystic Plaza.
To join the Chim Foo: Talk to Grand Master Whisper in Chim Foo Square.
